What areas do you serve?
All of South Florida. Travel to Miami-Dade and Broward (Miami, Fort Lauderdale and surrounding cities) is free. We also serve Palm Beach County, including Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. Ask us about travel there.
How much does a photo booth rental cost?
Pricing depends on the booth, the number of hours and your date. Send us your event details and we will send a quote. Combining booths gets you better pricing, and early bookings save 10%.
Is an attendant included?
Yes. A friendly, professional attendant runs the booth, helps guests with props and keeps the line moving.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Ace Photobooth is fully licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance to your venue.
How do guests get their photos and videos?
Instantly. Guests can print (print booth) or receive photos and videos by QR code, text or AirDrop. You also get an online gallery with everything from the event.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates such as Saturdays and the spring and fall wedding seasons fill up months ahead. Book 60+ days out to lock in your date and save 10%.
How much space and power do you need?
About 10 × 10 ft for a 360 booth and around 8 × 8 ft for a print or digital booth, plus a standard power outlet nearby.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes, as long as the booth is on level ground and covered from sun and rain. South Florida weather can change fast, so we always plan a backup spot with you.
How much space does a 360 booth need?
Plan for roughly a 10 × 10 ft area with a standard power outlet nearby. We will confirm the layout with your venue before the event.
How do guests get their 360 videos?
Videos are shared instantly by QR code, text or AirDrop, and every video is also saved to an online gallery you can download after the event.
Can the video overlay match our theme or brand?
Yes. We design an overlay with your names, date, logo or colors, and you can pick the soundtrack.
Are prints really unlimited?
Yes. Every guest can print as many times as they like during your booked hours.
Can we design our own print template?
Absolutely. Send us your colors, monogram or invitation and we will design a template to match. Gold and Platinum packages include a personalized template.
Do we get digital copies too?
Yes. Guests can text or AirDrop their photos instantly, and the Platinum package includes an online gallery of every photo taken.
What can guests create with a digital booth?
Still photos, animated GIFs and boomerangs, all with your custom overlay.
Is the digital booth good for corporate branding?
Yes. We add your logo and colors to every image, so each share puts your brand in front of your guests’ followers.
