Choosing a photo booth used to be simple: there was one kind. Today most South Florida hosts are choosing between two very different experiences: a 360 video booth, where guests stand on a platform while a camera arm circles them, and a classic print booth, where guests pose for photos and walk away with a printed strip.
Both are fun. They just do different jobs. Here’s how to decide.
The quick answer
- Choose the 360 video booth if your crowd loves social media, you want a showpiece moment, and the energy of your event is “party.”
- Choose the print booth if you want guests to leave with a physical keepsake, you have a wide age range, or you’d like a photo guest book.
- Choose both if it’s a big milestone (a wedding or a quince) and your venue has the space. Many hosts run the print booth during cocktail hour and switch on the 360 when the dance floor opens.

Why people pick the 360 booth
The 360 booth is an experience, not just a photo. Guests step onto the platform, the camera sweeps around them, and seconds later they have a cinematic video ready to post. A few reasons it’s become such a favorite at South Florida events:
- It creates a crowd. People line up to watch their friends spin, which turns the booth into a focal point of the room.
- The content travels. Every video carries your custom overlay with names, a date or a logo, so it keeps getting shared after the event.
- You choose the soundtrack. Gold and Platinum packages include a soundtrack of your choice, so every video matches the vibe of your party.
- It feels VIP. Add velvet rope stanchions and a red carpet (included in Gold and Platinum) and every guest gets a red-carpet moment.
Why people pick the print booth
There’s a reason the print booth is still a wedding favorite: guests leave with something they can hold. Prints end up on fridges, in wallets and in scrapbooks for years.
- Unlimited prints. Every package includes unlimited instant prints during your booked hours.
- Designed around your event. A personalized template (included with Gold and Platinum) matches your monogram, invitation or party colors.
- Great for every age. Grandparents and kids figure out a print booth in seconds.
- Doubles as a guest book. Print a second copy of each strip for an album and ask guests to sign next to their photo.

Space, power and setup
Both booths need a level area and a standard power outlet nearby. Plan on roughly 10 × 10 ft for the 360 booth and 8 × 8 ft for a print booth. If your event is outdoors, the booth needs cover from sun and rain. South Florida weather changes fast, so we always plan a backup spot with you.
Every package includes setup, breakdown and an on-site attendant, and travel is free throughout Miami-Dade and Broward.
